Incubate it!
Before taking business classes I did not know business
incubators even existed, and I doubt I’m the only one. Business incubators are
places that allow small start-ups to get office, manufacturing, or cooking
space for a reasonable price, while also offering mentorships. I feel these
facilities are a great idea. They help put more small businesses in our
communities. Sometimes people have great ideas, but start-up costs can kill it,
an incubator helps in this situation by getting the business off the ground
without the price tag. I think anyone struggling to get their business off the
ground needs to consider using an incubator. They have helped places like
Cullman, downtown Huntsville, and Decatur’s railroad district see a great
influx in small businesses. Small businesses help our communities come together
and grow, so anything that helps them get other there and get started should be
welcomed and supported.
